I used to meditate a lot and then I just got busy and forgot. I need to do it again. I can only meditate if I schedule it. Otherwise I'll space it out.

That's right. My name is Cam. I'm not really in Cobra Kai. I never actually did Karate either. I've been friends with Dan for a while and I like many of his ideas. I'm here to support this effort because I believe it can turn out to be a huge thing. A worthwhile thing.
