What do you think of the James Randi award?

If you don't know what it is, basically it's a prize of 1 million dollars to anyone who can prove in a controlled environment (mutually agreed upon parameters) the existence of the supernatural (psychic powers, tarot, crystals, astrology, remote viewing, telekinesis, etc.). No one has ever been able to claim the prize. Everyone gets debunked. Personally while this doesn't surprise me, I'd like to see someone win it just once. Here are some other prizes that have never been claimed.

I like the concept. Isn't it telling that no one's ever won the award? I suppose the common response to that is that somehow the competition organizers are only letting the frauds try and not the real people, or that they are somehow cheating. Of course, the award gets around this by involving the contestents in the success criteria. They get to agree on the rules of the test.
