Yeah, what DK said. We can sit here all day telling people what is in their best interest, and we may be right. We may be wrong. Eating sugar is unhealthy. Your time could be better spent than watching the Kardashians. Blah blah blah. What may be true, what is true, we can only suggest it. A lot of Loricism sounds like a decree - respect yourself, take control of your life, get your shit together, don't get stressed over things that don't matter - but really they're suggestions. They're intended to be practice, tried, applied. You can ultimately say something doesn't work for you. Ultimately, live your life, be open to new ideas, consider wisdom, science, advice, suggestions, etc. Decide for yourself. Sure, smoking is counter to vitality. But it's not up to anyone but you. Unless of course you're smoking next to your baby's carseat.
