Level VI – Praeceptor

Table of Contents

Level VI, known as a Praeceptor, is the sixth and highest rank in Loricism. Level VI is considered a master of the principles of Loricism, having spent 12 years practicing and working toward self-mastery. The Praeceptor (master) can certify up to Princeps; promotion to Level VI requires a board of certifiers.

Level VI practitioners can be considered experts in self-control, confidence, awareness, and communication. The color for this rank is black, and students are typically awarded a black shirt or lapel pin for Level VI. The official Praeceptor pin is the only one that features a sword, and has the final two virtues, Prudence and Justice.

Extra Requirements #

Because of Cultura and Communicatio Ratio, higher level students are expected to know a foreign language (or something like sign language). To qualify for promotion to Level VI, students should demonstrate a skill level of B2 in a language of their choice, which is a logical progression from the requirements from level IV onward.
